Protect your investment by keeping the features of your Private Cellar Management System up to date. Purchasing the Annual Service Pack lets you continue remote access using the MyWine portal. And it extends your system's warranty for an additional year. This entitles you to unlimited technical support with free hardware replacement in the event of failure. A further benefit is an online backup of your wine data, which occurs daily. Your Private Cellar Management System will continue receiving software and database updates whenever they become available. An investment in the Annual Service Pack will keep your system functioning at its top performance while you benefit from continual product enhancements. When ordering the Annual Service Pack, include the serial number in the "name" field. Note: After placing the order, it can take up to 48 hours for your system to receive the latest software updates.
After 12 months, your subscription will automatically renew unless you contact us to cancel.
